Delete your account
You can delete your Cotempo account inside the app after re-entering your password, or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete from the app
Open Cotempo, go to App Settings, choose Delete account, and enter your password to confirm. The app deletes your private account data and clears local cache on that device after the server confirms deletion.
Delete by email
Email deletion@homeleafstudio.app from the address used for your Cotempo account. If needed, support may reply to verify account ownership. We will never ask for your password or invite tokens.
What is deleted
- Your Firebase Auth account.
- Your Cotempo user profile, including email, display name, and FCM token.
- Your membership in shared calendars.
- Your local cache, pending writes, holiday preferences, and reminder schedules on the deleting device when deletion is started in-app.
What remains
Shared calendar events remain available to remaining calendar members. Your creator/editor attribution is replaced by Deleted user, and your account is removed from event assignees. If you were the final member of a calendar, that calendar and its events are deleted.
