Who we are
Cotempo is published by Homeleaf Studio. Contact us at privacy@homeleafstudio.app.
Data Cotempo collects or stores
- Account email and password authentication through Firebase Auth.
- Display name and email in your Cotempo user profile.
- Calendar membership, invite metadata, and shared event data including titles, descriptions, dates, times, colors, recurrence, assignees, creator/editor IDs, and timestamps.
- FCM token used to send activity notifications.
- Crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics. Cotempo does not attach user IDs, emails, event titles, or event descriptions to Crashlytics.
- Country/region holiday preference and holiday cache stored locally for the holiday overlay.
- Local offline cache in Drift/SQLite for groups, events, pending writes, reminders, holiday preferences, and holiday reminder schedules.
Services used
Cotempo uses Firebase Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firebase App Check, and Firebase Crashlytics. Cloud Functions process group mutations, invite preview/join, member profile lookup, FCM token registration, activity notification fan-out, public holiday fetch/cache, and account deletion.
What the current Android release does not use
- No ad SDK.
- No third-party analytics SDK.
- No GPS or network location.
- No contacts import.
- No device-calendar import.
- No payments or Play Billing.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in Cotempo from App Settings, or request deletion by email at deletion@homeleafstudio.app. See the account deletion page for details.
Retention
A successful in-app deletion removes your Firebase Auth account and private Cotempo user profile immediately. Shared calendar events remain available to remaining members, with your creator/editor attribution replaced by Deleted user and your account removed from assignees. Support email threads may be retained for up to 90 days for operational continuity and abuse prevention unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
